Meet the Team
"ELITE" was born thanks to Vincenzo CASTIGLIONE, ISEF graduate and graduate in Sports Management, who from an idea shared with Umberto DI VENANZI, senior national athletics champion, together with family, friends and colleagues linked by the same passion for sport and event planning, decided to set up an Event Organizing Committee.
Founder
Vincenzo CASTIGLIONE
He has a degree in Sports Science and a Master's Degree in Sports and Motor Activities Management obtained with top marks at the IUSM in Rome and has held the role of physical education teacher in various public schools, coach in private clubs and project manager in sporting events.
Co-founder
Lorenzo CASTIGLIONE
Graduated in Communication Science, dynamic and with a great passion for communication and art in all its forms.
She has an eclectic background that ranges from the arts to writing, from photography to music, without neglecting experiences in the world of hospitality and volunteering.
The Team collaborates with several leading figures in the Italian and international sports field, as well as highly regarded professionals and graduates in Motor Sciences and Sports Management, but also passionate athletes and young recent graduates.
The Committee manages and coordinates all stakeholders who are or could be potentially interested in the realization of an event, also providing information and expertise in event planning, ensuring their care and realization in all aspects.
The Committee is committed to creating events in different sectors and also for a variety of clients, combining the knowledge derived from years of experience, with inspiration, ingenuity and passion; this allows us to transform the locations and events into a truly unique experience.
